Location is great, Entry is via room key only. So pretty secure. Close to main plaza, Palace, canals and main shopping district. Busy area for "coffee shops" which attracted variety of people. We booked two rooms. Each room so small no room for luggage or hanging winter coats. First room overlooked foyer, second room over busy, noisy laneway. Shower impossible to use as couldnt close door it was so small. Windows didn't open at all and no air-conditioning so room was dark and stuffy. Safe in room was not fastened down. Servicing the rooms only changed towels no cleaning. The lobby was comfy with lounge and great coffee machine we used daily as airy and quiet. Reception not great with English but polite.
We came here for my sister in laws 40th birthday trip. Excellent central location. Modern hotel, really friendly staff & immaculately clean. The hotel is really secure. Would definitely stay here again.
Room is too small to open suitcase anywhere other than on the bed. Our other suitcase was stored in the shower when we weren’t using it. Navigating around the room was difficult with two of us as only one person could move around the bed at a time. No hangers and no space for anything other than the bed.
Shower very slippery
We arrived early in the morning (9am). We dropped our bags off to head out for the day. Our bags got labelled with our name and room number to go into storage and were moved across the lobby (which we assumed was to be moved into a secure spot). We returned 5 or so hours later to see our bags still sitting in the foyer- not somewhere secure like we were told would happen. This made us feel quite uncomfortable having left our things for this long in the lobby of a very central location.

NOT recommended at all!! We had BEDBUGS with 20 or more bites!!! even found them at the Airport on our bags. We traveled directly from home to the hotel, so they tried to tell us that we have brought them. unbelievable! check other reviews, they always look for excuses! not the first time!!! disgusting service!!
The location is great, but nothing else was good. I had booked a twin room and was given a double. I asked the reception to change it and they separated the two beds but they were extremely small, hard to fit a normal person on the bed. They had only one key for the room and getting another one was hard work. The room was probably the smallest I have ever stayed in and the safe was detached from the mount with loose screws inside it. The staff were nice enough but not very good at resolving such simple issues. It wasn't value for money either, as you can get much better stuff for cheaper prices.
Recognizing that France is navigating a bed bug outbreak, how our experience was handled was subpar. My wife found a bed bug in the same room that a previous review (recently) was found. The team here clearly hasn’t prioritized this as a problem, as we also found a room nearby had been sprayed during our stay. The manager on duty was dismissive of the problem, and didn’t offer as little as an apology for the problem. They treated the room while we were staying, and the odor was horrific, and left us with a terrible feeling in our throat and chest the following morning. Only giving a service star of two because of the nice gentlemen at the counter provided us with a fan to attempt to air out the room. Don’t stay here, don’t recommend.
